Mission
Growing up, I had an accident happen when I was 12 years old. I broke my knee and even after I recovered, it was never the same. I had so much pain doing anything. Running, playing basketball and even sitting down for periods longer than 20 minutes. I thought my life was never going to be the same again. When I turned 22, I shared my problem with Tomáš. He made me a knee strengthening workout that changed my life. My knee pains were completely gone after a month and a half. And 7 years later, I now engage in multiple physical activities. I have forgotten that I spent a decade with excruciating pain. Tomáš changed my life and now I serve my country without anything holding me back. Just a few months ago I started having groin pains from running a lot. Tomáš gave me another recovery routine and my groin pain was gone after 3 weeks. Tomáš has been a vital part of my life and ensures that I stay physically active without any setbacks.

I've seen Tomáš for movement therapy for approximately 14 months. Tomáš evaluated my current physical condition, reviewed any issues I had that would benefit from movement therapy and discussed my future needs and activities. From that point he generated a plan to move forward and to attain my goals. Our sessions were primarily on Zoom since I live in a remote location. I appreciate Tomáš's clear communication and listening skills, which makes working on Zoom easy and productive. My sessions are always interesting and time seems to fly by. Tomáš focuses my therapy on the strength and flexibility issues I have with one of my shoulders. He finds creative ways to evaluate and develop exercises that strengthen and increase my shoulder flexibility. My shoulder has surpassed my expectations and is no longer limiting any of my activities. Our sessions address everything from balance to strength training. I started working with Tomáš about two years ago, and it was the best decision I ever made. When I began I couldn't walk up and down stairs or kneel without knee pain. Two years later, I'm strong and active and don't even think about my knees as a problem anymore. Walking, climbing stairs and hiking are everyday activities. And kneeling on the ground to work in my garden is a dream fulfilled. Tomas is my partner in my fitness journey and helped me see what I was capable of before I could even imagine it.
